1. Trigger
Audible and visual cues from the buttons are signals that tell the brain to start a behavior.

2. Action
The behavior itself—the action you want to become automatic (for example, taking medication, doing a therapy exercise, or logging a health metric).

3. Reward
A positive outcome that reinforces the behavior. The tactile feedback from pressing the button stops the audible cue, while the on-screen confirmation shows that the next step is on track.
